At On Tour Industries, we aim to get your gear to you quickly and reliably so you can get back to doing what you love — exploring the outdoors.

1. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping (Australia Only)

Orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping Australia-wide.

Standard Shipping (Australia)

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (new launches, sales, holidays), processing may take an extra day or two.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Times (Australia)

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional areas.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Parcels lost due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Contact the courier directly for the fastest update.
  2. If you still need help, email us at ontourindustries@gmail.com and we’ll assist.

Orders marked as delivered by the courier are not eligible for replacement or refund by On Tour Industries, but we’ll support you in lodging an investigation.

7. Damaged Parcels or Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

8. International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping so adventurers around the world can enjoy On Tour Industries gear.

Countries We Ship To

We ship to most major countries worldwide.
If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Courier rates

There is no free shipping for international orders at this time.

International Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times range from:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Express International (if offered): 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT/GST
  • Handling fees imposed by their country

We cannot control or predict these charges.

If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded.

International Tracking

Most international orders include tracking.
Tracking updates may be slower depending on the destination country.

International Delays

Delays caused by customs inspections or local couriers are outside our control.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processing.
