Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
· Unworn, unwashed, and unused
· Free from deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or odours
· In the original packaging with all tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
· Sale/clearance items
· Gift cards
· Items purchased through third-party retailers
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or want a different item, we’re happy to exchange it (subject to stock availability).
· Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and inspected.
· If the requested size/item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund instead.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow:
· 3–5 business days for us to process the return
· 5–10 business days for your bank/payment provider to release the funds
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
· If the item is faulty or incorrect: We cover the return shipping cost.
· For change-of-mind or size exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Please include:
· Your order number
· A short description of the issue
· Photos showing the fault/problem
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may have already been processed or shipped.
Shipping Information
Orders over $100 qualify for FREE shipping.
Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
